RV Awning Lights and Hangers

by Camper Parts Guy on January 27th, 2012

RV awning lights are one of the nifty little items that my used 5th wheel camper did not come with. I am going to be getting a set soon, as I did not expect to get an awning lighting kit when I purchased my travel trailer.

I have been looking around for the right set of camper awning lights, but I have not made a firm decision as to which type, style, or theme I want to go with.

RV Awning Lights Styles

I’m not much into the whole sports thing, so the collegiate style or theme of RV awning lights will likely not be the style I choose. I like NASCAR, but am not a huge fan of it so that probably won’t be the style I choose either. I like the rope style light sets, but they’re not terribly exciting. And the chasing type of rope lights would make me feel like I’m at a bar or something.

There are more traditional styles of RV awning lights out there. They are the globe types, and lantern RV awning light kits. I like the lanterns so that’s probably one option.

I have a tenancy to be sorta drawn to the campy “stereotype” trailer trash theme. I saw some pink flamingo and palm trees RV awning lights which I liked. I also saw some cute camper shaped lights that I also thought might make great RV replacement parts for my awning lighting situation.
